Ingredients
- 4
chocolate cake donuts
- 2 cups
cherry-vanilla ice cream
Mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Step 1Cut the chocolate cake doughnuts in half crosswise.
- Step 2Scoop about 1/2 cup softened cherry-vanilla ice cream onto each of the bottom halves.
- Step 3Working quickly, spread the ice cream almost to the edge of the doughnut, then add the doughnut tops, pressing gently. Roll the sides in mini chocolate chips.
- Step 4Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
