Whether it’s the middle of summer or you’re simply craving something bright and refreshing, this creamy peach smoothie hits all the right notes. It’s quick, it’s wholesome, and it’s naturally sweet—perfect for busy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or even a light dessert. And the best part is that it uses frozen peaches instead of fresh! Just blend them up with some banana, milk, Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey, and you’ve got a creamy, cold drink in minutes. A pinch of cinnamon and a bit of fresh ginger round out the flavors with the perfect amount of warmth and spice.

Serve this refreshing drink in a chilled glass with a peach slice on top, and you've got a smoothie that’s as pretty as it is delicious. Once you try it, you'll be blending this one up again and again!

Can you use flavored yogurt in a peach smoothie?
Yes! Vanilla or peach-flavored yogurt works well—just keep in mind it’ll make the smoothie a bit sweeter.

Can you add other fruits besides peaches and bananas to a peach smoothie?
Definitely. Frozen blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries are all great options—just swap them in for some of the peaches.

Can this peach smoothie recipe be made dairy-free?

You can easily make this peach smoothie dairy-free by substituting plant-based yogurt and milk. If you don't have dairy-free yogurt, use dairy-free milk in its place and add the remaining half of the banana for creaminess.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups

frozen peach slices (about 10 ounces), plus more for garnish

  • 1/2

    ripe banana, peeled

  • 3/4 cup

    milk

  • 1/2 cup

    plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp.

    honey, plus more to taste

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp.

    grated fresh ginger (optional)

Directions

    1. Step 1In a blender, combine the peaches, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and ginger, if using. Blend on low to break up the peaches, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender, as needed. Increase the speed to high and blend until very smooth, about 20 seconds. Taste and add additional honey, if desired. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish each with a peach slice.

Tip: This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but you can make it a few hours ahead and keep it in the fridge. Give it a good stir before serving, as it may separate slightly. For longer storage, freeze it in an ice cube tray and re-blend when ready to serve.
